BBQ Ribs

BBQ DRY RUB
2 slabs baby back ribs

1 teaspoon cayenne
2 Tablespoons brown sugar 
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon onion powder
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon paprika 
1 Tablespoon cumming 
1 Tablespoon pepper

OVEN TIME
Cover & bake in 300F for 2 hours 
(pour out the juice and save it to make gravy later)

Increase oven up to 400F 
(un-cover and baste ribs with 
BBQ sauce & liquid smoke every 10 mins) x6 times

Un-cover & broil for 3-4 mins

GARLIC/ROSEMARRY MASHED POTATOES
Cut head garlics in halves.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and rosemarry. Bake in 400F for 50 mins. 
 
Boil & mashed potatoes with potato ricer.
Put in baked garlic, salt and pepper.
Boil heavy cream & butter (turn off the heat when the butter is all melted).
Pour in the mashed potatoes and mix well. 

GRAVY
1:1 - fat:all purpose flour 
Stock liquid

CREAM CORN
Olive oil, onion and bacon on medium heat
Corn, butter
Heavy cream, milk
Salt, pepper
