Nem Nướng

3 lbs of ground pork
4 Tablespoons of water
4 Tablespoons of fish sauce
3 Tablespoons of sugar
2 Tablespoons of Bột Thính
1 Table of pepper
1 Tablespoon of chicken powder
1/2 bag of single acting baking powder
Some drops of red food color
2 Tablespoons of 5 spices wine
Finely minced garlic

Shape them into small balls and skew them on wooden skewers. Pre-heat oven 350F, put them in oven for about 20 mins, then take them out and grill them for about 5 mins.
