Bánh Xèo

1 bag (16 oz) Rice Flour
1/4 cup Corn Starch
4 cups Water
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1/2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 tablespoon Salt
1/2 tablespoon Sugar

1/2 cup finely cut Green Onion

Combine all ingredients and let it sit for 30 mins to 1 hour before starting to cook.
