12 chicken drumsticks
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Kraft Honey Barbecue Sauce
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Minced garlic
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
Preparing Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the corn starch. Mix well.
Baking Drumsticks
Pre-heat oven to 400F.
Dip drumsticks into the sauce and lay them on a baking sheet. Cover and bake for 30 mins.
Pour the sauce into a sauce pan.
Cooking Sauce
Scoop out the fatty layer on top of the sauce and discard.
In a small bowl, add corn starch and some sauce to mix the corn starch. Set aside.
Bring the sauce pan to a boil. Reduce heat and add corn starch mixture. Mix well. The sauce should be thickened.
(Brush the sauce on the drumsticks and bake them un-covered for 10 mins) x4 times - turn them over every 10 mins.
Switch oven to broil mode and broil un-covered for 3 minutes.
