Bánh Bột Lọc Tôm Thịt & Chè Bột Lọc Bọc Đậu Phộng

The filling:
Marinate the shrimp and the pork in separate bowls

1 lb of shrimps (cut each of the shrimp into half)
1 lb of pork (cut into small cubes)
1 teaspoon of chicken powder
1 teaspoon of fish sauce
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

The shells:

1 bag of tapioca flour (14oz)
1-1/3 cups of boiling water
1/2 teaspoon of salt

This dish is served with scallions/oil (put on top) and fish sauce.

And in case if we ran out of shrimps and porks (but we still have some dough on hands), let's make dessert!

The dessert:

Some peanuts
Sugar
Water
Ginger root (cut into small strips)
Sesame seeds (optional)

Coconut cream, water, tapioca flour, a pinch of salt (to make coconut sauce)
