Chim Cút Chiên Bơ (Fried Quails With Butter)

1 package of quail (6 quails)
1/2 teaspoon of 5 spice powder
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/3 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of oyster sauce
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
1/3 teaspoon of black soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of chicken powder
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 stick of butter (melt it in microwave).

Deep fried the quails in hot oil, then use a brush to brush butter on them.
This dish is served with salt/pepper/lime sauce and some Vietnamese coriander herb (rau răm).
