Cánh Gà Chiên Nước Mắm (Chicken Wings With Fish Sauce)

MARINADE INGREDIENTS:

Finely minced garlic
Sesame oil
Pepper

SAUCE:

1/4 cup of fish sauce
1/4 cup of water
1/3 cup of (brown) sugar
3 Tablespoon of sesame oil
Minced garlic
3 Teaspoons of butter

Marinate the chicken wings for about 30 mins in the refrigerator, then put them in the freezer for about another 30 mins before frying them.
