Grilled Mussels

Fry butter & chopped garlic on a saucepan until it's golden color, then put them on top the mussels and grill in pre-heat 400F oven for 5 mins.

Chopped garlic
Chopped ginger
Chicken powder
Chicken broth
Oyster sauce
Sugar
Cooking wine
(Put all the ingredients in a pot to make the sauce. Put on top of the mussels and grill for another 5 mins).

Scallions and oil
Crushed peanuts
(Put scallions and crushed peanuts on tops)
