Teriyaki Wings (Paradise Wings)

MARINADE INGREDIENTS:

2 Tablespoons of minced garlic
3 Tablespoons of sesame oil
Cracked pepper

Marinate the chicken wings with minced garlic, sesame oil and cracked pepper for about 30 mins in the refrigerator, then put them in the freezer for about another 30 mins before frying them.

Fry them on medium heat until they're cooked, take them out and put on a side.

TERIYAKI SAUCE:

1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of water
1/3 cup of sugar
2 Tablespoon of sesame oil

2 Tablespoons of Mirin
2 Tablespoons of minced garlic
2 Tablespoons of minced ginger
3 Teaspoons of butter

In a saucepan, melt the butter, then add minced garlic and minced ginger, wait until they change to light brown colored then add soy sauce, water, mirin, sugar, sesame oil, and simmer until they're dissolved.

Put fried chicken wings in the saucepan and mix until they're covered with teriyaki sauce.

Turn off the heat and serve it hot.
