Taro Root Paste/Red Bean Paste Bread

540 g sifted bread flour 
60 g sifted cake flour
30 g milk powder
10 g yeast
80 g sugar 
1 teaspoon salt
50 g egg (1 egg)
250 g milk
150 g whipping cream

Melted butter (to brush on top of the buns)

Red bean paste or taro root paste
Shredded almond
