Chạo Tôm (Grilled Shrimp Paste on Sugar Cane)

3 lbs of shrimp (off shells, deveined)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of chicken powder
2 Tablespoons of sugar
3 Tablespoons of black pepper
Minced garlic
Sugar canes

Steam, let them completely cool down, then fry them until golden brown.
