Đồ chua (Pickled Carrot/Daikon)

Shredded carrots and daikon.
Mix with salt and set aside for 30 mins (to make them crunchy), then clean them THROUGHLY with water (to wash off the salt).

1 cup of water
1 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
