Chim Cút Chiên Tôm Khô (Fried Quails with Dried Shrimps)

Minced dried shrimps
Minced garlic
Minced ginger
Minced chili
Honey
Sugar
Fish sauce
Soy sauce
Dark soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Cooking wine
Cracked pepper
Sesame oil

Melted butter

-Microwave them in single layer for about 5 mins each batch.
-Fry them until golden brown.
-Brush melted butter on them while they're still hot.
