Xôi Gà Xé (Sticky Rice with Chicken)

3 cups sweet rice (clean and drain well)
2-1/4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon chicken powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black soy sauce
2 teaspoons oil

*Combine the water and ingredients together, soak sweet rice in for about 30 mins before cooking. 

*When it changes to warm mode, open the lid then stir it up well immediately. 

6-8 chicken thighs (no bones/no skin)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chicken powder
4 teaspoons fish sauce
4 teaspoons sugar
Minced garlic
Minced white part of scallions

Topping: 

Scallions/oil

Vietnamese sausages (optional)
