Thịt Xào Mắm Ruốc

1 lb pork shoulder (cut into small pieces)
1/2 teaspoon chicken powder
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon pepper
Minced garlic
Minced onion
Minced lemongrass

(3 Tablespoons mắm ruốc + 5 Tablespoons sugar + 1/2 cup water)
