Grilled Shrimp and Rice Vermicelli

16 jumbo shrimps (peeled and deveined)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon minced lemongrass
1/2 Tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons butter (to brush on top after grilling the shrimps)
