Nutella Dorayaki

*PART 1:
1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk 
15 g sugar
10 g honey
10 g oil
80 g milk
90 g cake flour
1/2 teaspoon bake powder 

Sift sugar/flour and mix all ingredients together. 

*PART 2:
1 egg white
20 g sugar
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar 

Use hand mixer to beat it to soft peak, then decrease the power and continue to beat until it becomes firm peak. 

*Mix part 1 and part 2 using folding technique. 

*Coat the pan with small amount of butter, use paper towel to dry up the pan before cook the pancake.
