Part 1:
1 kg riped banana3 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
-Cut banana and mix with sugar and salt for about 1-2 hours.
Part 2:
6 slices sandwich bread
3 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup rice flour
2 Tbsp tapioca flour
5 Tbsp condensed milk
5 Tbsp melted butter
1 can coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
-Mix part 1 and part 2 (save some banana slices to put on top later).
-Pour the mixture into baking mold and bake for 75-80 mins in 375 F oven.
-Leave it in oven for 5 mins before taking it out.
