Mayonnaise Sauce

1 egg (room temp or after taking it out of the refrig 20 mins)
2 cups olive oil
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt

-Put egg in the mixer bowl, press "PULSE mode" 5-7 times.
-Press "ON mode", then put 1/2 amount of lemon juice and 1/2 amount of salt in the mixer bowl, then slowly pouring olive oil while the mixer bowl is still running.
-When the sauce is thickened, put the rest of amount of lemon juice and salt in.
