Bread Sticks

1-1/2 cups + 1 Tablespoon water
3 teaspoons yeast
2 teaspoons salt
3 Tablespoons sugar
2 Teaspoons wheat gluten
3 Teaspoons olive oil
4 cups all purpose flour

Melted butter (to brush on top of bread sticks)
Garlic powder (to sprinkle on top of bread sticks)

-Bloom yeast with milk and some sugar. 
-Using standing mixer to knead for 3 mins. 
-Let the dough rest for 1h until it becomes double in size. 
-Punch the dough down, cut the dough into 15 equal pieces and roll each piece into logs. 
-Let it rest again for another 1 hour.
-Preheat oven to 375 degree for about 5 mins. 
-Brush melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder on top. 
-Bake for 15 mins.
