Coconut Pandan Waffle

1-1/2 cups rice flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup + 1/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

2 eggs
1 can coconut milk
1 Tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon pandan extract

Pour 2/3 cup in waffle maker
Cook for 5 mins
