Thin Crispy Almond Biscotti

1 egg white
30 g sugar
40 g all purpose flour 
40 g raw whole almond nuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 

-Preheat oven to 360 degree. 
-Beat the egg whites until it becomes bubbly. 
-Gradually add sugar while continue beating the egg whites until it becomes thick and glossy. 
-Gently fold in flour until they're all combined. 
-Add vanilla extract and almond nuts. 
-Line baking pans with parchment paper, pour the mixture in and bake for about 35 mins or until it's golden brown. 
-Let it completely cool on rack.
-Slice it into thin slices. 

-Preheat oven at 300 degrees. 
-Bake them for about 30 mins or until they're golden brown.
